  • A five-part interview series featuring real employees telling their own mobility stories. Format kept deliberately human, guided questions and no script, to cut through corporate tone.

  • Ran across Career Days communications and contributed to a measurable increase in mobility fair attendance.

Intern Programme Campaign

BNP Paribas

  • Drive awareness of the BNP Paribas intern programme and increase application volume among the target student audience.

  • A two-format approach split by channel and intent. A social-first light quiz for LinkedIn to drive reach and engagement, and an interview-style film for the website where past interns talk through their actual experience.

  • Concept and creative lead. Set direction, camera direction, editor.

  • The LinkedIn reel became BNP Paribas Canada's top-performing Q1 post. 68,654 impressions, 5.78% engagement rate.

  • Capture the BNP Paribas Canada WAT Cup across stills, player interviews, and a hero edit for social and partner channels, all in a single shoot day.

  • Elevated the visual language from previous years. A dynamic, cinematic treatment designed for the LinkedIn algorithm, with engagement and reach as the core KPIs.

  • Concept and creative lead. On-site producer, photographer, videographer, and editor. Colour grading and sound in post.

  • Top-performing Q2 LinkedIn video for BNP Paribas Canada with a 7.35% engagement rate. Distributed across LinkedIn and internal channel.
